Happy Veteran's Day

Happy Veteran's Day to all my fellow veterans. Your service, whether you were drafted or volunteered, is appreciated.

If I read the scales correctly when I went to the gym last night, I weigh the lowest I've weighed in some years. I got in a brief but fairly intense workout at the ASU gym, and then Jordy and I enjoyed watching Get Smart.

Today, I'm going to try to get my CRX up and running. I think I have a bad battery, and may also buy some new tires. Byron is coming over. I'll cook a late breakfast for us, and then we'll take care of the car stuff.

Thank you for your service, John.

I was shooting with a friend today in the woods, and it made me think two things:

1) My ears would be warmer if I'd remembered my shemagh.

2) Shooting in November woods, no matter how wet and cold, will always be fun, but it will never be as fun as it was in the woods around the Old Home Place.

Miss ya' bro.

Thanks, everyone.

Tam, I miss you, too. That *was* one of the best times of my life. I have to decide in the next few weeks what I'm going to be doing with myself for a while. Maybe I'll see you sometime soon.
