Since Mommy and Daddy are paying for most of them, they have only slightly more vested into college than they did in high school.Laughingdoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07788824586959334168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6404305187176881635.post-31390889547333394942009-05-13T00:55:00.000-04:002009-05-13T00:55:00.000-04:00When I was toying with the teaching idea, a friend...When I was toying with the teaching idea, a friend said to me "<I>At least you know that college students paid to be there...</I>"Tamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07285540310465422476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6404305187176881635.post-86581675245257526082009-05-12T21:55:00.000-04:002009-05-12T21:55:00.000-04:00I think I'm done teaching below college-level clas...I think I'm done teaching below college-level classes.J.R.Shirleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08498164179579546593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6404305187176881635.post-15871447381224275352009-05-12T20:34:00.000-04:002009-05-12T20:34:00.000-04:00Are you done with that school, or done with teachi...Are you done with that school, or done with teaching? It's too early to give up. Your administration there was very odd, so your friends might have a point. I wouldn't want to work for people who would call a teacher out of a class where there's already been a serious discipline problem, leaving the class unattended. <br />As a matter of fact, I think you could pull in ten average people off the street who had never taught in a classroom, and zero of ten would pull a stunt like that. It makes no sense at all.Donhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15824445546892392815noreply@blogger.com
